In my 2nd podcast, I share my experiences learning how to cook Bangla food in the kitchen of my co-worker, Marina. Kitchiri is rice and lentils, flavoured with garlic, ginger, bay leaves, tumeric, cardamon, chilis and salt, then cooked with oil and water.
